Neste Oil Corporation is a refining and marketing company concentrating on low-emission, high-quality traffic fuels. The company produces a comprehensive range of major petroleum products and is the world’s leading supplier of renewable diesel. The company had net sales of EUR 11,9 billion in 2010 and employs around 5 000 people. Neste Oil’s share is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.
Neste Oil has long-standing relations with Russian companies. For several decades Neste Oil has sourced crude oil and other feedstock from Russia. Currently some 76 % of the crude oil used in Neste Oil refineries in Finland is Russian Export Blend. Since late Neste Oil has also been present in Moscow through own representative office. In St Petersburg and its vicinity Neste Oil runs successful retail sales of petroleum products in its network of Neste service stations. Neste St.Petersburg operates a retail network of 41 service and 13 unmanned stations, located in St.Petersburg and in region of North-West Russia, and Oil terminal in Bronka. Neste St. Petersburg employs around 900 people.
