EKE-Finance Ltd.

EKE Group is a Finnish family-owned group of companies, established in 1961 in Espoo. Our main lines of business are construction, real estate development, leasing of retail and office premises, as well as development, sales, and marketing of train communication networks.

EKE Group’s head office is located in Espoo, Finland. We have offices also in Saint Petersburg, Tallinn, Riga, Amsterdam, Shanghai, and London. EKE Groups’ sales in 2020 totalled approximately 65 million euro, and it employs around 200 people, including 45 people in foreign subsidiaries.

In Finland EKE Group has three main business units:

EKE-Finance Ltd. is the parent company of the EKE Group. EKE-Finance manages the financing of the Group companies and provides administrative support services for the subsidiaries.

EKE-Electronics Ltd. is a leading supplier of intelligent rail management solutions. The company has been working in the railway industry for more than 30 years, performing complex projects around the world, currently focusing on Australia, Europe, and China.

EKE-Construction Ltd. and EKE-Finance Ltd. with its local subsidiaries focus on residential and commercial construction in Finland, Russia, Estonia, and Latvia, as well as on lease of premises.

In Russia, St. Petersburg, EKE Group has implemented successful commercial and residential real estate projects. Pulkovo Sky Business Center is one of the largest business centres in St. Petersburg, and one of the top five business centres of Class A in Russia in 2020. In 2021, on Vasilyevsky Island the residential complex Two Centuries (Dve Epohi) received the award “Consumer choice” in the nomination “The best realized project of a residential complex of business and elite classes in St. Petersburg”.

At the beginning of 2021 EKE received a construction permit for the territory of its site of two hectares in St. Petersburg’s historical centre, at Ligovsky Avenue, 60-62. On the land plot of the former San-Galli ironworks EKE will build three Class A business centres and a four-star hotel for 298 rooms as part of the San Gally Park project. In addition to the business centres and the hotel, three historical buildings will be reconstructed for modern use.
